Mantatelurè - Dimora Esclusiva

My husband and I had a great stay. The hotel is in a quiet part of Lecce, about a 10-minute walk from the center, and the staff were very friendly. Everything felt cozy and personal. It’s very clean, with lovely design, a terrace, a roof, and other nice areas. We’d stay again if we came back.

A charming “B&B” that felt more like a boutique hotel, with a lovely garden and friendly service. The location made it easy to walk anywhere in Lecce. I’d return.

We were first-time visitors to Lecce, Itay, and loved this classic old city, quaint, clean, and very romantic. We booked B&B Mantalelure Dimora Esclusiva without really knowing what to expect, and ended up loving it. It’s just a two-minute walk from the busy area, yet the street itself is very quiet. We felt safe, especially at night, with the beautiful light sconces on nearly every building. The property has a warm atmosphere, with lovely views from the entrance, garden patio, rooms, and dining areas. Juliana and Francesca were highlights of our stay. They always greeted us with a smile, were sweet and patient, and helped with everything from drinks and taxis to dinner reservations and local attractions. They made it feel as if they owned the place. The rooms were lovely, and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight every day. I’m not usually a fan of a typical Italian breakfast, but they offered eggs when we wanted them, plus yogurt, cereal, muffins, cookies, croissants, cakes, meats, cheeses, fruit, and more. Everything was delicious, and I believe it was all freshly made there, which was special. The breakfast room was beautiful, and, weather permitting, it was wonderful to eat outside on the garden patio. I highly recommend this place.

Exactly what I’d want from a small boutique hotel. It had a full designer renovation 12 years ago, with clean lines and an elegant feel without extra fuss. The staff were helpful, and it’s close to the central part of the old city.
