Casetta di Bacco

Beware, this B&B is involved in credit card fraud! Casetta Di Bacco apparently worked with B&B Palazzo Sant’Antonio in Verona and made two fraudulent charges totaling almost $1500 on my card in early April 2019. I had never had any contact at all with Casetta Di Bacco. On the day I booked the Verona B&B through Travelocity, Casetta di Bacco tried to charge my card. It was declined because the security code was wrong, but two weeks later they successfully made two charges. I found a phone number for this B&B through Google.it, since none was listed on TripAdviser, Travelocity, or any other booking site, but the number doesn't work. I cancelled my reservation with B&B Palazzo before the penalty period, but more than 2 weeks later I still hadn't received a refund. Travelocity told me I wouldn't get it until May. This is a fraudulent establishment!
