The staff were consistently polite and smiled whenever we saw them, and the hotel is well priced for such a good area. Shops and the train station are nearby, and the beach is only a two-minute walk away. The rooms could use some attention: parts weren't very clean, the place feels dated, and the air conditioning wasn't running. That may have been because I visited outside summer. I know some reviews complain about the food, but I didn't find it the worst. You just need to be open to trying different dishes, especially if you're used to the burgers and chips often served to English and American tourists elsewhere.

The room had plenty of space, and the balcony was even bigger, with a lovely view of the sea. There's also a lovely rooftop terrace for sunbathing and taking in the view. The hotel is just a three-minute walk from the beach, and the staff were friendly, wonderful, and always willing to help. I can honestly recommend it.

We enjoyed our five-day stay, and the views from the top of the hotel were fantastic. It's in a handy spot near the beach, bus station, cafes, shops, and restaurants. Staff were helpful, our room was cleaned really well, and the pool, though small, was okay. Breakfast was nice but had little variety; dinner was similar, and food could take 45 minutes to an hour to start arriving. The AC ran from 14:00 until about 6:00 in the morning, though the rooms didn't get especially hot. Noise carried a lot, so loud guests were a problem, and we could hear water in the pipes and furniture being moved.

The only thing I liked was the vibe. The food was buns, the rooms were terrible, and the whole place felt bad. There wasn't even a lifeguard at the pool.

The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and the staff were kind and very helpful. Hotel Delle Palme in Letojanni is in a beautiful area with lovely views, close to the sea. I'm already looking forward to visiting again soon. Thank you for everything, and best wishes :)
