It was noisy, there was no service, and the staff were unfriendly and spoke only Italian. I can't recommend it.

I just stopped in at the bar, and the staff were really nice. The products were high quality and fairly priced.

Right in the center of Levico, with roomy, pleasant rooms, though the furnishings feel a little dated. The windows seemed too low to me, even though I'm not very tall. The owners didn't seem especially keen to smile. Hard to say.

The owners were very kind and helpful, and our room was clean and spacious. We stayed during the first week of September and had a great breakfast. I'd recommend it.

The location was excellent and the property was very clean, and we enjoyed the food and breakfast. But the dated furnishings and lack of room comforts were disappointing, and the managers weren't very warm. We stayed for three days over New Year's Eve. Even the dinner table had no little centerpiece, just the usual setting, which felt unwelcoming. Dinner was meant to start at 7:30 PM, and late arrivals were told, “That means you'll eat whatever is coming out at that moment.” There wasn't even a glass of sparkling wine with dessert.
