Right in Livigno's pedestrian area, with lifts just behind the apartment and the main ski area about a 10-minute walk away. The ski bus stop is nearby too, along with shops, restaurants, and a supermarket. The place was clean, roomy, and had everything we needed. We were thrilled with it and will definitely be back.

The rooms are roomy and the location is fantastic, right by the slopes and a lift. Cleanliness was the main problem: there was dirt, popcorn, and bits of rubbish under the beds and in the corners, and we had to wash the kitchen cutlery before using it.

We've stayed with Genny three years running. The apartments are comfortable and the location works really well. Genny is thoughtful and helpful, a great host. We'll be back next year and would gladly recommend her.

The hosts were so welcoming and friendly. The accommodation was clean, and there’s a heated ski locker right outside the door. The ski lift is right next door too. We'd definitely stay here again.
