The apartment matched the photos and was clean, including the linens and towels. It also had a starter kit with cleaning liquid, a sponge, shower gel, cream, and soap, plus a fully equipped kitchen. It's right in the city center, with parking just a few steps away. The bus stop, restaurants, and shops are all close by, so getting around was easy.

The place is welcoming and very conveniently situated in a central part of Livigno, with easy access to attractions and public transport. But several problems really disappointed us. The reception registered our license plate incorrectly for access to the restricted traffic zone. They caught and fixed the mistake within minutes, fortunately, but that careless error could have led to a serious administrative fine. The apartment's equipment was dated and several things didn't work properly: the coffee maker leaked at the valve, the hair dryer was faulty, and the TV remote's battery cover kept coming loose. One wall socket only worked twice a week. We had to buy cleaning supplies ourselves, and there were few cooking supplies, with no tablecloths, placemats, or dishcloths. In all my years visiting Bormio and Livigno, I've never had this happen. Hosts have ALWAYS made sure our accommodation had the essentials and working appliances. For what we paid, this wasn't acceptable. The location is definitely convenient, but the rest left a lot to be desired.

The location was great on a fairly quiet street. The ski storage was excellent, there was underfloor heating, parking beside the apartment, and a permit for a second car in the nearby lot. But the apartment was a bit dirty. Glasses were stuck to the cupboard, there was someone else's hair in the bed, and it was dusty. The oven was a disaster, impossible to bake anything in, and instructions would have helped. We were short of basic supplies too: no rubbish bags, dish soap, dishwasher powder or tablets, or kitchen towel, and just one roll of cheap toilet paper. There were no coat hooks, so our coats ended up on chairs or in a corner, even though there seemed to be places where hooks could go. We know these things aren't required, but we've had much better in other apartments that cost only a third as much, which made this especially disappointing. The staff could have been friendlier. We were delayed for 1.5 hours in a parking lot in front of the Livigno Tunnel and didn't arrive on time. The employee said she'd wait only until 8:00 PM, then we'd be out of luck. While we were on the phone, she chatted with a colleague in Italian. A tip for others: contact the office before driving straight to the apartment, or you may get another eye-rolling lecture.

The place was in very good condition and had a high-quality kitchen. It's well located too. I'd recommend it to anyone 😊
