We are still waiting for a refund, and I don't know if we'll ever get it. We had to cancel just a few days before our stay and find another hotel at the last minute, paying much more than we wanted so we wouldn't be stuck sleeping at the airport. We had planned the holiday around the promise on the booking site and Google that a shuttle was available, including returning our rental car a week early. When I asked during the trip, they simply said there was no shuttle. Their only suggestion was an email address for a cab driver who never replied. The fare turned out to be over €100 one way, hardly a reasonable option. They couldn't have seemed less interested in helping, and their arrogance left me wondering why people who don't care about guests work in hospitality.

Way overpriced. The view is really nice and the pool is okay, but the rooms are old and worn. Service wasn't very good, and the breakfast was the worst we've had in years.

NOTICE❗️❗️The number shown on Google is my personal number, not the club's, and we have no idea why it's listed that way. Even the Postal Police haven't been able to fix this huge problem. The club is closed. Please spread the word, thanks.

We had to cancel the reservation for one person because of illness. Even though we asked for a refund, we were told that the breakfast couldn't be canceled. We regret that decision and ask you to reconsider whether a refund might be possible in this situation.

The place is gorgeous, with big, clean rooms, and the staff are so friendly and polite, always smiling. One morning our group wanted to get to the beach early and set the alarm for 6:00. The young woman working there got up at 5:00 so breakfast would be ready for us. We really appreciated that thoughtfulness and felt so welcome.
