The peaceful Umbrian countryside and proximity to interesting sights make a great combination. It’s a lovely place with a nice atmosphere, well maintained and just the right size.

We had a wonderful day at this agriturismo, a real little gem in the heart of Umbria. If you want to unwind and enjoy the Italian countryside, it’s hard to beat. The green hills, olive groves, and vineyards stretch in every direction, and the only sounds were cicadas and rustling leaves. The old farmhouse has been renovated with care, keeping its rustic feel while adding modern comforts. The pool was the highlight for us. It sits beside a neatly kept lawn with a panoramic valley view, and there are comfortable loungers around the large sunbathing area. The clear water was perfect for cooling off in the heat. We spent time reading, sipping a cool drink, and letting the quiet settle in. The owners welcomed us warmly but gave us space, and their care shows in the details around the property. We especially liked breakfast outside, with local products, homemade cakes, and a lovely view. It felt like a place where couples could have a romantic break, families could enjoy safe open spaces for children, or anyone could take a restorative pause in nature. The scenery, hospitality, and relaxation made the day memorable. We can’t wait to come back.

I hadn’t booked a stay. I just wanted some information and to see the rooms, and the manager, a young woman, was always smiling and very helpful as she showed us around. The outdoor areas are spacious and well kept, the location is stunning, and it seems suitable for families with children. There’s a beautiful pool and a very large room for special events, plus a very large shaded parking lot. Lake Trasimeno is a five-minute drive away. In the other direction, Agello has a central square at the top of the village, where you can see a medieval tower and remains of the walls, then take in the Umbrian countryside and a glimpse of the lake.
