Tizi Apartments Corso

We booked a flat called “Mimi”, but on arrival we were given “Ale”, which is smaller, noisier, and listed at a lower price. When we realised it wasn’t the flat we’d booked, the host Tiziana brushed us off, saying “they are the same” and that she runs several flats and can move people between them if she needs to. Later, she claimed she had messaged before we arrived to say we’d get Ale and that we’d agreed. Neither of those things was true. We got no refund for the price difference and no apology. Someone also entered the flat during our stay. We noticed our belongings had moved and asked Tiziana about it, but she was dismissive and plainly rude. She said she’d sent people for an “emergency” that didn’t actually exist. There was no apology for entering without proper notice, a phone call, or a real reason. Don’t expect your security or privacy to be respected. Communication with the host and her team was pretty much nonexistent. Some of the equipment didn’t work properly either. As expected, the first response was “no they work fine”, denying what was obvious, and then “they were fine before you arrived”, implying we were to blame. Save yourself disappointment, upset, and aggravation by avoiding Mimi, Ale, and the other 26 flats/rooms Tiziana hosts in Maiori.

The best service I’ve ever had. I recommend it to everyone and can’t wait to go back.

Really great.

The staff were friendly and professional, and the studio was spotless and looked almost new. It’s in a peaceful residential block near the port, just a minute from the sea and about a five-minute walk to the main street. There’s paid parking under the building, which was handy. The sofa wasn’t very comfortable, and the smart TV didn’t work 😏. Recommended.
