Casavalentina

The host wasn't there during my whole stay, wouldn't cooperate, and wouldn't even answer the phone. The bathroom especially wasn't as clean as it should've been. For the same price, you can surely find somewhere better, so avoid this place if you can.

The worst experience of my life. Never going there again.

My friend and I were given a room on the third floor, as the email said, but when we opened it, the place was in complete disarray. The towels had been used and the bed hadn't been made. We called the girl at reception again, and she said we could take one of the rooms that was "free." We went to one on the first floor. It had a TV but no remote, and there were no glasses for brushing our teeth. The room was dirty, the bathroom door had no handle, and there was more besides. Getting in had already been a struggle: the girl had sent the wrong access code, and after countless calls to the "reception," we finally managed to enter. Terrible!!!

We arrived at 3:30 PM, the check-in time the property had given us, and used the code Booking.com sent by email. The room was still dirty and unclean, though, and the manager's phone number was disconnected. At 5:30 PM it was still in that state, with the previous guests' linens, glasses and bottles scattered around, and a bathroom we couldn't use. The manager remained unavailable. Booking.com customer service was very friendly, but couldn't find a solution, so at 6:30 PM we had to leave and find another place. We got only €32 back on a €164 expense, a "nice gesture," as the customer service representative called it. Three days later, the property was still unavailable.
