The location made it easy to get to the local attractions, and the amenities were top-notch. The rooms were clean and nice, and the staff were warm and accommodating. It went beyond what we expected, and we had a wonderfully comfortable stay. For a three-star hotel, it deserves five stars from me. We can’t wait to return and would recommend it to anyone after a nice three-star experience.

From the hotel, you can look straight out onto Piazza Sordello, and everything we wanted to see in Mantova was an easy walk away. A good hotel right in the middle of town.

You’re right in the city center, which is a great location. Parking was advertised as available, but we ended up leaving the car on the street, and finding a free spot may be difficult depending on when you arrive. The air conditioning barely worked, so the room was uncomfortably hot. The beds weren’t good either, you could feel the mattress springs.

The location was great, but the noise and vibration from the several large air conditioning units outside my room made it feel like I was sleeping next to an airplane engine. I had to put on music through my earphones to get any sleep, and even then the vibrations kept disturbing me. A terrible experience.

The staff were nice and the location was great. Breakfast cost an extra €7; it was good quality, though there wasn’t much variety. The pillows were very hard, and the street lamp outside made the room bright, with no way to block the light. There’s no parking at the hotel.
