I was only there for one night while passing through on a work trip, and I usually don't leave reviews. The room was freezing because the heating didn't work, and there weren't any extra blankets. I couldn't sleep at all. It's really hard to get any rest when you're cold.

The beach is an easy walk away, and getting to the old town or port was simple even without a car, since there's a bus stop nearby. Breakfast had a nice mix of sweet and savory options, including eggs, bacon, cold cuts, bread, and fruit, so it wasn't just pastries. The decor is tasteful throughout, and the receptionist became very pleasant and attentive after seeming a little reserved at first. The place felt somewhat impersonal, and sound carried easily between rooms. Cleaning also seemed superficial: the shower glass wasn't spotless, and there was hair in the room and on the terrace.

The property itself was new and lovely, and my sister and I had a room with a patio while passing through. But it was extremely dirty. There was water on the floor by the shower, dirt and hair around the bathroom, and the shower glass was filthy. The sink still had obvious dried toothpaste marks above the faucet. The next morning I showed the photos and reported it at reception. They told me to speak to the cleaner. I strongly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who cares about cleanliness. A terrible stay.

A great spot, close to the center and very near Maratea's wonderful beaches. The owner was warm and welcoming, and the staff paid attention to guests' needs. The rooms were brand new, very clean, and had every comfort. Congratulations, highly recommended.
