Albergo Genziana

Good bed, bad breakfast.

The bus stop is just a minute away, and the hotel is right in the town center. It’s a lovely family-run place, spotlessly clean, with tastefully furnished rooms. Breakfast was remarkable, including vegan and gluten-free options. There’s an infrared cabin and gym, plus heated ski storage with lockers. The TV and games room is tucked away in a secluded area. The owners are kind, smiley, and welcoming, quick to help with needs and very helpful.

The owner welcomed us warmly and was very helpful during our two-night stay at Genziana Hotel. The parking was full, but they even took care of finding a place for our car. It’s centrally located, convenient for walking to the ski slopes, sledding areas, and restaurants around town. Breakfast offered both sweet and savory choices, including pastries made fresh each day, delicious croissants, and excellent hams and speck. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with access to an outdoor balcony. My only suggestion is to add another trash can, since there’s just a small one in the bathroom. 😅 It was a truly relaxing stay!

I had a great stay here, and the welcome and hospitality really are at the heart of the place. The breakfast buffet was excellent and had loads of choice. I’ve stayed in many 3- and 4-star hotels, and this buffet was better than a lot of them. Congratulations, and see you again in the future!
