Bella Vista Hotel Emma

Dinner was just perfect, and breakfast had lots of variety. The spa was beautiful, well kept, and had everything we needed. The hotel is very well run, nicely decorated, and the service was excellent. Whatever we asked for, they were happy to help. We were lucky to get a room upgrade, and our room was spotless and comfortable, with a nice balcony and everything we needed. I booked this lovely hotel as a birthday present for my wife, and she said she'd never had such a nice experience. We're really happy and will definitely return. Highly recommended!

Martina and Daniela made our stay unforgettable with their outstanding hospitality, and Elizabeta deserves special thanks for her exceptional service. The owners genuinely care about both the guests and their hotel, and every staff member, including the waiters, was incredibly nice. The Suite apartment was beautifully decorated and had everything we could need. Breakfast, buffet, and dinner were all delicious, with a great chef and someone who makes the best desserts in the world. We had a bad experience at another hotel in Olang and couldn't go to Kronplatz, but Hotel Emma surpassed our expectations and gave us the best possible service. It was one of the best places I've stayed, and we'd definitely return. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting a top-notch, memorable stay.

Dinner was the best meal we had on our whole trip in South Tyrol. The food was exceptional and the service was great. Breakfast was okay, though I missed having a juice station and sparkling wine, as well as pancakes or waffles. The spa was okay too, but there was no jacuzzi for relaxing after a hike and no outdoor pool. The indoor pool felt more like a kids' play area than a spa.

The staff were kind, professional, and warm, and there was plenty to enjoy: free Wi-Fi, a pool, free rental bikes, ski storage, and a sauna. Breakfast had an excellent selection, dinners were elegant, and free quick afternoon snacks included fruit, sweets, and soup. In summer, they offer a free guided tour each weekday with a local guide. The hotel has two distinct parts, a newer area in a modern mountain style and an older section rebuilt on its original site. From the hotel there's a magnificent view over San Vigilio di Marebbe, which is a comfortable 15-minute walk away. A great choice in both winter and summer.
