The wellness area is quite small, so you need to book a sauna slot in advance. The pool doesn’t need a reservation. They provide a towel for the sauna, but you can’t use it at the pool, and there are no robes for children. Breakfast and the restaurant food could also be better. Even so, we had a very nice stay. The rooms are newly renovated, spacious, and lovely, with a huge balcony. The staff, especially the support staff, were very kind and helpful.

The owners’ attitude made the stay unpleasant. They came across as impolite and unwelcoming, and the atmosphere even felt hostile. It left me feeling more like an intruder than a customer. Clean, well-maintained rooms and decent, tasty food weren’t enough to make up for that, so I can’t recommend the hotel and don’t plan to return. Breakfast was good, but not very varied; after a few days, the repetition was noticeable.

The spa was calm and really nice, and the staff were very friendly. We stayed four nights, and the rooms were spacious with a solid breakfast each morning. The bed was a bit too hard for our taste, though someone else might like it, and we wished the spa stayed open a little longer. We had a really good experience and would recommend the hotel to a friend.

We’ve just returned from our third stay here, after using the hotel as our base for snowboarding for the last three seasons. The staff are helpful and friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the pool and spa are great for relaxing after the slopes. I’ll be looking to book again for next season.

Dinner was fantastic, and the service was so friendly. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very nice, with a great view. The mushroom ravioli with walnut sauce was an absolute dream.
