Elegant Marina Di Pietrasanta

A terrifying stay. The apartment had no room cleaning, towel or linen changes, basic supplies like toilet paper, or rubbish collection. There was no phone signal inside, with neither TIM nor Wind working, and the owner was unavailable and indifferent. I asked for fresh sheets, even offering to pay extra, but they never arrived. The paperwork said the annex was part of the hotel: the invoice came from VerdeSoleMare Hotel, the keys say “Hotel VerdeSoleMare,” and the annex has the same name. I expected it to provide the same services. Nobody explained otherwise, either on Booking by phone or in written or phone conversations with the owner before we arrived. After I complained, the owner said the hotel and annex were completely independent, despite the hotel issuing the invoice.
