Massimiliano made us feel very welcome, always greeting us with a smile and sharing lots of useful information. He was ready to help whenever needed. The apartment is spacious and clean, with a recent, very elegant renovation. It's also really close to the city centre and Sassi. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

We got back from Matera just ten minutes ago, and we're already grateful to the owner. With a small child, it was lovely to arrive and find complimentary croissants, water, juice, and milk. This morning there were warm croissants waiting, plus a thoughtful gift for each of us. The owner also introduced us to Giuseppe, who made our visit truly amazing. The property is beautiful and clean, practically in the centre. The furnishings show real attention to detail and guest comfort. The owner was warm, friendly, and always available. We sincerely thank him, wish him all the best, and recommend staying here. It's absolutely worth it. I can't imagine how it could be better. Thank you so much!

The breakfast at the bar was less plentiful than we expected, which was the one disappointment. The property is being renovated, and nearly all the interior is new apart from the doors and floors. Air conditioning was excellent for summer. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

Massimo welcomed us so warmly and was genuinely kind and helpful. The apartment was clean, beautiful, comfortable, and near the centre, with nothing for us to complain about. The warm croissant and gift are even more reasons to return to Matera. I'm also grateful to Massimo for introducing us to Giuseppe, an exceptional guide who really knows his subject. I highly recommend the whole experience.
