The breakfasts were amazing, and Filomena was a magnificent host who really cared about making sure we had a good stay. She also had great suggestions for what to see in Matera. We loved everything about this Bed and Breakfast. If this bnb is available when you're going to Matera, you should book it.

The owner gave us a warm welcome and served breakfast in the garden. This is a small B&B with just one room, right outside the centre of Matera. The room was great, with a large bathroom and a spacious outside area. It’s an excellent base for visiting the Sassi and Matera on foot.

Mrs. Filomena made us delicious homemade cakes for breakfast, and we really appreciated the gesture. She was so kind and helpful, and gave us useful information for visiting Matera. Every detail in the room was taken care of, and it was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The B&B is in a quiet, pleasant area, about 10 minutes from the center, making it easy to get to the Sassi and the city's main attractions. That warm welcome made our stay especially enjoyable. I absolutely recommend it if you're looking for comfort and a genuine welcome in Matera.

The room was impeccably clean, and breakfast was served in the gazebo. Mrs. Filomena is always attentive to detail and incredibly helpful. She really knows the city, and her stories help you make the most of exploring this magnificent white jewel. Just outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL), the place feels like a warm, authentic Lucanian home in a quiet but central spot. Highly recommended!!! Kind regards, Filomena!

The bathroom was large and fully equipped, and the room was clean and quiet. My wife and I stayed for two nights and got service that felt far above what you'd expect from a simple B&B. The location just outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) was ideal: we could leave the car and get around on foot. Special mention to Filomena, who goes beyond managing the place, anticipates what guests need, and puts all her energy into it. Highly recommended!
