Antonio welcomed us like family, with that warmth you find in the South. The house was fantastic, comfortable, and cozy. He’d even left us prosecco and flowers on the towels. Its location is perfect, with an entrance just 10 meters away leading into the heart of ancient Matera. What more can I say? I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again if I’m in the area. I was here for work in May 2022, and the location was ideal for exploring the city and taking in Matera’s atmosphere. The rooms were beautiful and well kept, the service was impeccable, and breakfast was delicious. The owner and his father were lovely people to chat with.

Antonio really pampered us with a thousand thoughtful touches, and deserves my compliments. The accommodation was very nice and clean, with an excellent location. We found parking nearby without trouble. Highly recommended.

Mr. Pietro, the owner, was genuinely kind and helpful. The apartment is practically perfect, spotlessly clean, and centrally located. Having private parking is very convenient. We could leave the car there and explore the Sassi on foot, right across from the apartment. We’ll definitely be back.

The friendly owner welcomed us to this comfortable, recently renovated ground-floor holiday home. It was clean and had enough appliances and kitchenware. The front courtyard has parking, and the location is excellent for exploring Matera’s historic center and Sassi districts on foot. Recommended.
