We had a really great few days here, right in the heart of Matera and just steps from the Sassi. The location made it easy to explore the historic center without a car. The place has been recently renovated, with cozy rooms and clean, well-kept spaces that had all the comforts our family needed. Free parking right under the property was a great bonus for this area. The owner was friendly, always available, and attentive to what guests needed. Highly recommend it for a quiet, comfortable stay.

It's on the second floor, but the stairs are easy to manage. The place is brand new, tastefully furnished, clean, and fully equipped. From here you can walk to the main promenade and the Sassi, so we didn't need a car. The owner is very thorough and attentive. I highly recommend him as a guide for anyone wanting to see Matera in a respectable manner.

We spent three days here with two friends and were really happy with our stay. The host was kind and helpful, and the apartment was clean, new, and close to Matera's center. I'd definitely book Casa vacanza Maia again if I come back. Highly recommend it.

Mr. Dino was warm and ready to help with anything we needed. The apartment itself was cozy, clean, and had all the comforts, on a quiet street just a short walk from the center and handy shops for a longer stay. We had a great experience, and Matera is a fantastic city. I highly recommend him.

We were completely satisfied with our stay, and the clean, nicely furnished home was a great base for exploring Matera and the living nativity scene. It's centrally located and easy to reach on foot. Mr. Dino was hospitable, kind, and honest. Recommended for families, and many thanks to him.
