Rosella was excellent at communicating and promptly handled our group’s requests, both before and during our stay. For our 10 adults, the apartments were clean and new, with minimalist decor that fit beautifully with the surroundings. The building was quiet, across from the park, yet still central. A little gem in a very special city, with complimentary drinks and water in the mini bar and a coffee maker too. Highly recommended, thanks!

We had a nice little balcony, everything in the room was new and well furnished, and the drinks in the mini fridge were a welcome surprise. There are five or six rooms in this little hotel within an apartment complex, with a small shared lobby mostly used for check-in. Someone met us at the agreed arrival time, and check-in was easy. The walk downhill into town takes about five minutes, and once there, everything is close by. Our breakfast voucher covered coffee and one sweet and one savory pastry per person. A great fit for our two days in Matera, with plenty of free parking nearby for our rental car.

We were really happy staying here with my two pregnant wives. The room was super clean, and the bathroom and shower were spacious. Service was very nice, and free parking was available. An amazing place to stay in this city. We’re from Florida, USA!
