Maurizio was welcoming and friendly, and stayed in touch throughout. The apartment is very clean and has everything for a comfortable visit, including kitchenware, a dishwasher, and washing machine. We liked having meals on the large, cozy terrace. It's near the center but tucked on a side street with windows facing the inner yard, so it stays quiet. There's a grocery shop, Spesi, two minutes away, plus a pizzeria on the same street and nice restaurants nearby. Definitely 10/10.

We were glad we chose Maurizio's air-conditioned apartment instead of staying in the Sassi. It had everything we could need, and street parking was right below, with a supermarket and pizzeria close by. We especially loved Pasticceria Schiuma for its excellent coffee and pastries. My friend and I each had a large double bed, with the living room sofa bed opening and closing very easily. We spent three nights at Casetta Gattini and were very happy with both the place and Maurizio. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely three-day break at Casetta gattini. The apartment is comfortable, delightful, and spotless, just a few steps from the center in a quiet area. Free and paid parking are both available nearby. Maurizio is kind, welcoming, and always available, and made us feel like old friends. I definitely recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed relaxing in the quiet outdoor corner and even sunbathing there. Casetta Gattini felt calm and private, and the room was lovely, clean, and well equipped. Maurizio was flexible and kind when we arrived late, and check-in was easy. He picked us up from the airport for an extra fee, still much cheaper than, for example, Uber, and drove us to the bus stop at the end. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.
