The staff were very friendly and accommodating, though services are limited. The rooms were comfortable and practical, and there were nice sightseeing spots and great restaurants nearby. Parking was a problem, since there isn't anywhere close to the hotel where you can park.

The location was convenient, with lovely views and lots of restaurants easy to reach. Breakfast was a nice continental spread, and the cave suite was okay, but it didn't live up to the hype. The owners came across as rather unfriendly, especially the gentleman. For Americans, it may be rough, since only one person at the front desk could communicate in English. I wouldn't stay here again.

The location was fantastic, and the welcome desk gave us really useful tips. Breakfast service on the room or terrace was great. We stayed in a lovely cave with a beautiful terrace view, a special place I can recommend.

The location was great, and the young woman at the front desk quickly sorted out the second bed we'd reserved but hadn't been given. She was friendly, though unfortunately she was the only friendly staff member we encountered. The room and bathroom were spacious, but it was clear they hadn't had a proper cleaning in a long time, even though the bed was clean. Breakfast was basic and stale, and the WiFi didn't work in the room at all.

The location was great, but the rooms were badly worn and looked quite different from the photos. I don't mind an older place if it fits the area, but this one needs refreshing. We stayed at a hotel down the same street, just .01 mile away, for half the price and got a much better room and service. The staff here weren't very friendly either. I wouldn't stay again.
