We haven't stayed somewhere this good in a long time. The layout worked really well, with two bathrooms in the one-bedroom apartment with a sofa bed. The view is spectacular, and the host was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended.

We loved the balconies and their amazing views, and the apartment itself was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable, the shower had good pressure, and the kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with essentials. The smart TV was a nice extra when the weather turned bad. The location made everything easy: it's right at the edge of the Sassi, near parking so luggage wasn't a struggle, with good restaurants outside and easy access to anywhere in Matera. I'd definitely recommend it.

Enzo was so kind and attentive to everything we needed. My partner and I stayed in this beautiful apartment over Easter weekend, and it was clean, elegant, and had every comfort. Getting around on foot was easy from this excellent location. The view of the Sassi from the balconies is something we'll remember for a long time. Highly recommended.

We loved ending each day by coming back to this apartment. It made our vacation feel complete. Enzo was a warm, attentive host, and the home is well laid out, clean, and thoughtfully detailed, with all the comforts. It works well for up to four people. The natural light and beautiful view are lovely. It's just inside the restricted traffic zone, and loading or unloading luggage is convenient during the permitted hours.

Roberto and Enzo were so courteous and made us feel right at home. The Abbot's View is a delightful house with a magical view. Thank you for everything. Alessia and Luca
