We felt at home right away in this welcoming apartment. Maria Rosaria had left delicious homemade cakes and a fridge stocked with breakfast essentials, and there’s private parking underneath. The place is tastefully furnished and just steps from the center, making it a perfect base for visiting Matera.

Rosaria is so friendly and helpful, and her muffins and cakes are fabulous. The apartment is beautiful, very clean, welcoming, convenient, and close to the center, with parking too. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again if we return to Matera. I hope we do!

Maria Rosaria welcomes guests with delicious treats she prepares with care. The apartment is fully equipped, clean, and nicely furnished, just steps from the center, and there’s a reserved parking space. The street-facing windows make it a bit noisy, so sleeping with them open in summer isn’t possible, though the air conditioning takes care of that.
