This was our second vacation in Meran, and we came as a family, booking 2 rooms. We had breakfast and dinner, and the food was the best, 5-star food in the morning, afternoon, and evening. It made me gain weight 😄. The staff were friendly and professional, and the young hotel manager greeted us with a smile and gave lots of advice, which you don't often see in Europe. The dinner is unforgettable, with delicious flavors, beautiful presentation, and a perfect menu set. The staff bring excellent drinks to go with it, and you'll get hooked and come back. If you get the chance to relax here, I recommend making this hotel one of your choices.🙏

The quiet street is a good starting point for hiking tours, and there's a busstop down the road. Each room has an allocated parking spot. We spent a week here and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's a lovely family-run property, with great housekeeping and extremely clean rooms. The bar and restaurant were great too, with delicious food and a wide variety of local wines and Sprizz cocktails. Highly recommended!

We spent ten days at the hotel at the beginning of May 2026 and felt very comfortable. It's beautifully located above Merano, with great views, good food, and excellent service. All the staff were very friendly, including the hostess. The Merano guest card grants access to all areas. We parked our car in the large underground garage almost every time. We would highly recommend the hotel.
