The apartment was clean and tidy, with excellent beds, its own dishes, a washing machine, and a lovely large balcony with garden chairs. The host was helpful and open to questions, and reachable by mobile. It’s a good base for exploring South Tyrol. A bakery, greengrocer, butcher, and Spar supermarket are all within walking distance, along with several restaurants, a pastry shop, and an ice cream parlor. Meran center is about a 15-minute walk away. The guest card also gives you free bus rides to Trauttmansdorff, Sissi's Gardens, and the center.

This is a well-run house with four apartments, and ours was lovely, clean, and well maintained. We slept well on the good beds and mattresses. The balcony gets plenty of sun and has garden furniture and a parasol, and the garden is kept up nicely. There are several restaurants, two bakeries, a butcher, a greengrocer, and a small supermarket just a few minutes away on foot, around 2-4 minutes. Merano center takes about 15 minutes to walk to. Highly recommended.

The area is peaceful, with the Passirio River about 10 minutes away and Princess Sissi's promenade just a five-minute walk. The apartments are beautiful, comfortable, and practical, and the owner, Olga, is friendly and helpful.

A very clean apartment in an excellent location. It’s bright and roomy, fully equipped, and has a nice balcony with space to dine outside.
