The apartment was clean and ready, and it was easy to settle in. We had a great welcome from the manager, who gave us the keys and offered help right away. The staff were quick, too: we reported a terrace light that wasn't working, left the keys, and it was fixed within half an hour. When we came back from the beach at 2:00 on our checkout day, they kindly let us use the shower and pool changing rooms. The location made it easy to reach the seafront, beach, and nearby shops, and parking felt convenient and secure. The grounds are lovely and well kept, with a spotless pool area and a hot tub cleaned morning and evening. Our apartment had a very large, comfortable terrace and was reasonably laid out. The only real flaw was the low beds upstairs, where you could bump your head. The owner and residence staff were kind, helpful, polite, and friendly. I recommend it, especially for the quality and price.

Giovanni, the owner, made us feel welcome and was always helpful. The residence is a little gem in a region that still feels untouched by mass tourism, even with Puglia and Calabria nearby. There's plenty of culture, good food, beautiful places, and clear water. Our stay was simple and comfortable, with air conditioning, a roomy apartment, kitchen, two separate rooms, and a big balcony. There’s also a lovely pool and a restaurant beneath the apartments, and the sea is just 250 meters away. Charming and welcoming.

We had friendly service and carefully prepared seafood with authentic flavors. It's a lovely spot just steps from the sea, whether you're after a relaxed family lunch or a romantic dinner. Highly recommended.

My partner and I were there July 15th to 22nd, and the service was excellent. They called to let us check in an hour early, walked us through the apartment, and answered our questions right away over WhatsApp. The place was well equipped, with Wi-Fi and bed linens included. Lido Katy is only 100 meters away, and the residence has an arrangement with them. The people there were very kind, and we paid €80 for a beach umbrella and two lounge chairs for the whole week. A really great vacation :)

Families with kids should find this place especially convenient. It's quiet and very close to the beach, just a few meters from Lido di Metaponto and beside the local promenade. The three-room apartments are charming, air-conditioned, and have every comfort. There's a nice pool and children's play area, plus a restaurant on site with excellent pizzas and other dishes. Highly recommended.
