The evening meal alone makes this place worth booking. Each night feels like a feast, with a salad buffet, starter, two or three choices for both first and second courses, and dessert. The food on the plate looks and tastes like a masterpiece. It’s a small, cozy, family-owned hotel close to Marilleva 900. After skiing, you can unwind in the sauna or outdoor jacuzzi, open daily from 15:00 to 19:00. There’s parking by the building and another lot about 30 m away for extra cars. The ski storage room has heated racks for boots and gloves.

The owner and her team made us feel right at home, and everything was clean and well looked after. The spa was lovely after a day on the slopes. It’s an ideal spot for skiers: a bus stops outside every few minutes and gets you to the lift quickly. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive right from the start. We loved being surprised by the delicious dishes each day, and breakfast was excellent too. A fantastic week, and we’d definitely recommend it for a holiday where you feel well cared for.

What really made the stay was dinner. Every day brought a little excitement about what would be on the menu, and the meals were served fine dining style. You won’t go hungry, and every detail felt taken care of. The rooms are spacious, there’s space for equipment, and parking is available. The hotel is beside a free bus stop to the slopes. The owners and staff were lovely, and we enjoyed chatting with them. We had an amazing ski holiday, and the value for money is very high. Strongly recommend.

Getting to Marilleva 900 took just a quick seven-minute ride on the ski bus, so the location was very convenient. Our room was spotless and the food was excellent. The staff and management were attentive and professional, and Elizabetha was always ready to help when we needed something. We loved our stay at the Échiré Hotel and can’t wait to visit Italy again.

It’s only about five minutes by bus to the ski lift, and both the service and food were outstanding. Constantino was a great waiter and sommelier, with excellent recommendations. Fantastic hotel.
