Casetta dei LuPi

That quiet neighborhood was such a change from the noisy street we live on in Germany. We loved the peace there, and I’d 100% stay in this location again. Getting up the hill takes about 10 minutes by car, but it’s worth it, and though the house is elevated, it wasn’t so high that the daytime weather felt cold. You can sit outside for hours without hearing a car go by. The garden was the best part for us. We spent most of our time there and grilled four times, though carrying the grilling gear through the bedroom was a nuisance. I’d have put the living room and kitchen downstairs and the bedrooms upstairs instead. We stayed at Casetta dei LuPi from 27 May 2023 - 3 June 2023 and had a wonderful time. The mattress was very comfortable, but every small movement from the other person felt like an earthquake because the frame was a bit unstable. A coffee table in the living room would have been nice, and the kitchen tools could use better care. The knives were quite dull from being put in the dishwasher, though a sharpener would be a quick, easy fix. The big problem was that Booking showed a pool, but we couldn’t find one. I’d like a small refund for that. My husband doesn’t care much about pools, but they’re always my favorite part of a vacation rental. Even with those issues, I truly think this was the best rental we’ve ever had.
