I’m two nights into a 12-night booking at 7BA Hotel, and it’s been a pleasant surprise. The room is modern and simple, just how I like it, and has all the essentials. I especially love the high ceiling. Breakfast has a generous selection of basic foods, and Amy, who serves it, has been so kind and helpful. I’d definitely recommend giving this hotel a try if you’re visiting Milan.

The service is the standout here, really high-level, and breakfast comes with prosecco. The hotel feels modern, urban and comfortable. My room had everything I needed, and the location is perfect, right by the metro. I absolutely love this hotel. Highest rating.

The metro station is right outside the hotel, which makes the location excellent. My room was big enough, though the closet was open. We asked for extra hangers and room service brought them happily. The hotel was nice, and breakfast was very good, served by Amy. Thanks 🙂

Sara, Viviana and Cristian were so kind, professional and attentive throughout our stay. We were visiting from Florida for my wife’s birthday, and the hotel arranged a surprise for her that she absolutely loved. Everything was handled perfectly and went beyond what I expected. The Milan location is convenient too, only three stops from Duomo station. Highly recommended.

Sara went out of her way to help my mum, my five-month-old baby and me after we had a problem with our Airbnb. We arrived late at night, tired from travelling and really upset, and she saved us from being homeless. She’s a lovely person, and I’ll always be grateful for her help. Thank you, Sara, from one stressed mummy. The hotel itself is perfect: spacious, clean, modern rooms, comfy beds and a great shower. The staff are all so polite, kind and helpful.
