We had room 15, and it was quite decent and clean. The people were nice, and both the room and service were very good, despite our doubts from reading the reviews. There is a shower in the room, though at least everything was clean.

The staff were very kind and polite, and helped when we had questions. Still, I wouldn’t book here again if I returned to Milan. My girlfriend and I stayed one night during a trip to Italy, and the room was dirty: we found two live cockroaches, plus lots of dust and dirt behind the headboard. It’s also a long way from the city center, though fortunately the metro station is only 5-10 minutes away.

The customer service was great, but finding the hotel was a nightmare. Google Maps sent us to a park about 15 away from the address, and the place wasn’t on the internet, so it was very hard to locate. The room was really dated too. The curtains were the worst part, orange lace that looked like it was from the 1950s, dirty and just ugly. Live and learn.

The room was next to the reception, and with walls this thin I could hear everything there as if the guy were standing in my room. There wasn’t even a toilet in the room, just a shower in the corner. It wasn’t very clean, and there was a bad smell coming from under the bed. The mattress springs pressed against my body while I slept. I absolutely can’t recommend this place.

It’s very affordable, and although you can tell the hotel is cheap, I think the value for the price is really good. Free parking may be possible close by if you’re lucky enough to find a space on the street.
