Valeria was excellent to deal with and stayed responsive even when we arrived late. The service was great throughout. My husband and I spent a few nights here while visiting friends, and the room had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet. It’s a small, family-run place in a really central spot. There’s a great coffee shop just around the corner and a bank nearby. We’d definitely come back.

The room had good equipment and the staff were friendly. Check-in and check-out were easy. You can walk to the Duomo, and the central station is about 25 minutes away on foot.

The rooms are very affordable, and it was easy to call the managers whenever we needed something. The service was perfect. Even though you’re right in the city, street noise is pretty limited, and you can barely hear people in the neighboring rooms.

We booked through Booking and were a little unsure at first, but once we arrived there was nothing to worry about. The room was clean, the shared bathroom was clean too, and the staff were really friendly. We’d book here again.

Vincenzo was a kind and efficient owner. The facilities were complete, and the rooms were incredibly clean. For a 1-star hotel, it’s a great fit for solo travelers and couples.
