The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and in an excellent location. Breakfast was good, and the dining room staff were lovely. One employee was always smiling and patiently took care of every request. I regret not asking his name. I'd give five stars if not for reception. The staff there were rude and impatient, and could learn a lot from their dining room colleagues.

The hotel has a fantastic location and modern design. The rooftop deck was being worked on, but the view from up there is amazing. The elevators may be the smallest ever.

The stay was satisfactory overall. Prices were reasonable, and the polite, professional staff made things more pleasant. Service was delayed a little at times and could be better. The location was accessible and decent, though not perfect.

The location was excellent, and the staff were friendly. A special thanks to Mr. German from the breakfast team. He was consistently kind and attentive, and made our mornings a real pleasure. His professionalism and warmth made a real difference to our stay.

Hotel Ariston was a pleasant surprise for the price. The rooms had been fully modernized, including AC, which matters in Italy during summer. Bathrooms were spacious, with good amenities and excellent towels. Breakfast was great, small but with everything you'd need. The staff were especially friendly. The tall guy at the front desk was so nice and cooperative when we had to move two big bike boxes around the hotel. Thank you for all your help!
