Armani Hotel Milano

The room was one of the nicest I've ever seen, and that smell, my goodness, it relaxes you as soon as you notice it. Everyone was cheerful, accommodating, and ready to help. I arrived early and asked about my room. They apologized, explained it had been empty and was being cleaned, and said they'd message me on WhatsApp once it was ready. I went to lunch, and half an hour later they let me know. When I got back, I found they'd upgraded me to a bigger room. It was a great start to the stay. This was my fourth trip to Milan, but the first time I'd really enjoyed it, thanks to Armani Hotel. The service was amazing too. Five stars don't cover it. Thanks to the team for making this one of the best vacations I've ever had. I've decided to book Armani Hotel in Milan at the same time every year. See you soon.

I came in for drinks at 10:10 pm because I wanted to revisit the place after being here about two years ago. This visit was a completely different experience. The server, a white woman with brunette hair in a ponytail, in her mid-20s, wearing a grey vest and pants and of a slim build, and the bartender, a bald white Italian man with glasses, were extremely rude and snobby. I asked their names myself. I believe they knew they were in the wrong, which is why they gave us the wrong names to mislead us. We sat by the window across from the bar, beside the tall lit marble wall. You can check the camera footage. Their attitude made us feel unwelcome, and that's disappointing in a place that should care about hospitality. I remembered this place more positively, but I wouldn't return or recommend it after this visit. Honestly, the establishment is flawed, and so are its automated responses. Why not take some accountability? The staff are clearly learning from you. I emailed you, Matilda. If you cared enough, you'd respond. Simone deserves a special thank you for the kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail that made our stay feel personal and effortless. From the moment I arrived, the whole team was warm, attentive, and professional, taking care of every detail. Service across the hotel felt smooth and thoughtful, elegant without getting in the way, and true to the Armani philosophy. I had a wonderful stay at Armani Hotel Milan. We had the hotel's best room, with a balcony on the sixth floor, but the bar above us on the seventh had a live DJ in the evening. The ceiling and windows were vibrating, so we asked to move. We'll never stay here again, and I absolutely wouldn't recommend the hotel. It feels like parties matter more than guests.
