Contempora Apartments - Cavallotti 13 - B12b

The apartment was very noisy and had only the absolute basics. For a stay of several days, there was just half a roll of toilet paper, and there was no real comfort. We also had to clean the kitchen, do the dishes, and take out the trash before leaving, despite the extra 65.- cleaning charge. On top of that, the 350.- deposit and multiple credit card charges were really frustrating. The photos don't reflect the current state of the accommodation at all. The location was okay, but overall this was very disappointing. I can't recommend it.

Our room was spacious, even bigger than our first apartment, and we had cafes and grocery stores nearby. It's also in a great spot, close to a Metro station and less than a 10-minute walk to Duomo. The gentleman at the front door was a great help and always had a smile.

The deposit is ridiculously expensive, and check-in is self-service. You pay a lot, including for cleaning, then still have to wash your dishes and take out the trash yourself. So bad.

There was terrible noise day and night from building work just 10 meters from the apartment windows. They shouldn't rent the place until construction across the road is finished. I can only advise people against renting it.
