The neighborhood is lovely, with plenty of restaurants and shops within a 5-minute walk, and the lobby and dining area have a cheerful co-working space feel. I was a little intimidated by the outside and entrance, but the hotel turned out to be great. It starts on level 4 or 5. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, and it's great value for money. Staff were cheerful and the service was great. What surprised me most was all the included food and drinks. The reception is stocked 24x7 with free snacks, soft drinks, juice, tea, and coffee. The rate also included a lunch buffet from 12 noon to 5 pm and dinner from 5-10 pm, plus free snacks and drinks in the room.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were so kind and helpful with everything. They offered complimentary refreshments right away, which was welcome after travelling, and took our bags to the room while we checked in. The service was top notch, and honestly some of the kindest hotel staff I've met, right through to our departure. Lunch and dinner buffets are complimentary. Our room was clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the location made it easy to get around. Nothing but good things to say, highly recommend.

The metro station is only a short walk away, which makes this hotel convenient even though it isn't right in the city centre. The lobby is beautifully designed and contemporary, and the rooms are cozy, modern, and stylish. Staff were very welcoming, and snacks, drinks, and minibar items are included in the price. Breakfast was good, though I'd have liked a slightly wider choice. A comfortable and hospitable stay, highly recommended.

The staff were warm, open, and friendly, and it felt like they actually wanted to talk with you. The hotel seems to take good care of them. There's privacy, a patio, a co-working space, a small but nice gym, and food, snacks, and amenities available 24/7. The interior feels both luxurious and comfortable. I've spent years travelling around the world and staying at the Ritz and other 5 star hotels, and this stay topped them all. A hidden gem in Milan. My husband and I will be back.

What made this hotel stand out was the staff and management. They're professional, kind, friendly, and welcoming. The front desk took half an hour to show us good local food spots and helped arrange a taxi for 4 a.m. to get to the airport. The rooms were spotless, the location was fantastic, and the amenities were incredible. For me, it's the best in Milan, and we'll stay here again if we return.
