As a solo traveller, I found it suited my needs well. The rooms were simple and had the comforts I needed. Breakfast was basic, and coffee was available all day. A couple of staff members were terse and less welcoming than the others.

I booked a room but never got a confirmation email, so I thought something had gone wrong. I tried reaching the hotel by email and phone, but nobody replied, and I couldn't even get through from my phone. I booked somewhere else instead. On the day of the booking, the owner took my money and said he'd give it back. Then he stopped answering my messages. Don't book this hotel. If something goes wrong, the guy will leave you without your money!

The rooms and bathroom were clean, and the service from the young staff was professional. That's why I gave two stars instead of one. The main problem was how hot and loud it was. With the window open, it was too noisy to sleep, but with it closed, the room became warm and damp. There was no air conditioning or ventilation. The beds were awful too, with terrible mattresses and small pillows. I've never slept on such a bad bed.

The room was very compact, but it had what one person needed, and mine had a balcony. There was a hair dryer in the room, and the location was close to the station. That balcony was far too noisy, though. They didn't know about my reservation, and the shared bathroom wasn't clean. It was a very hot, noisy night and I didn't sleep well. There was no air conditioning, only a fan that made the heat worse, and road noise went on all night. No breakfast either, just cookies in the room and a coffee machine in a very, very small hall. The guest in the next room was smoking something illegal.
