B&B Hotel Milano Aosta

We could walk to major tourist sights in about 20 minutes, and it was nice to see the city on foot. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and breakfast was good. Our room was spacious and clean, with a nice view of the station. Being right across from Milano Centrale makes this a very convenient choice if you're arriving or leaving by train.

Our checkout was at 6:00 AM, before the hotel's breakfast starts at 7:00, so we thought we'd miss the meal. Embaby at reception kindly arranged a breakfast package for us to take along. His thoughtfulness, initiative, and care for guests made a real difference. We had a wonderful stay thanks in large part to the reception team. Thank you, Embaby, for making it more memorable. We'd highly recommend this hotel to travelers who value warm hospitality and attentive service.

The bed was a little small for my liking, and there was a brief power cut that meant I couldn't use the hair dryer for a while. It wasn't a major problem. The room was clean and well maintained, and the 24-hour reception staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast had a nice range of options. The location was excellent for getting around, with nearly every kind of transport close by and plenty of good restaurants for a quick bite or dinner. A pleasant stay, especially for a short visit to Milan.

We felt safe walking around the city at any hour, even carrying a bright orange XL Louis Vuitton shopping bag home around 11:00 pm. Being able to walk to the Galleria, Domo, Castle, and all the shops and restaurants was a big reason I picked B&B Hotel. It also had great reviews, a reasonable price, and felt safe. David at the front desk was welcoming and resourceful, and helped us make the most of our day and a half in Milan. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable, so we slept well. B&B Hotel Milano exceeded our expectations, and we'll stay here again on our next trip.
