We really appreciated the self check-in, and the manager stayed in touch throughout to make sure we had what we needed. The villa was beautiful and perfectly located, with everything we needed for a short stay. The washer came in handy since we were overdue for laundry by then. The central station is just down the road, and there are lots of restaurants within walking distance. It was great to control the air conditioning through the portal on my phone, and the WiFi was fast. We’d definitely stay again if we return to Milan.
The host was even better than the excellent location near Milan Central Station. The place was clean, nicely finished, and comfortable. He helped me plan my whole trip, not just my stay. Highly recommend it. Grazie mille!
I liked controlling the apartment through the portal. It’s a very nice, clean place, and the location works well if you don’t need to visit the central area every day. Enrico was supportive, replied quickly at any time of day, and helped with anything related to the city.
A stylish, well equipped apartment in a great spot for exploring Milan. The main station, metro, and trams are all nearby.
We had to ask to change our dates because our travel plans changed unexpectedly, but the accommodation couldn’t make it work. I requested a refund with plenty of notice and got no reply despite several emails and calls. I’d booked through booking.com and paid in full upfront. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Poor all around.
