“***Beware*** Don't use your credit card here!” We told the owner we'd arrive between 10:30 and 11:30 p.m., then got delayed at EXPO and ran out of phone battery. Once we reached the car and could call, we said we'd arrive at 12:30, and that's when we got there, not 1 a.m. as the owner claims. No one said on the call that this would be a problem or lead to extra charges. At 10 a.m. the next day, we asked to stay a little longer and were told there was no problem. We checked out at 11:30 a.m., not 1 p.m. as the owner says. The owner is misrepresenting the times and facts. I was at Linate airport shortly after noon to check in for my departure flight, not at the property. Nobody told us before or during the stay that we were inconveniencing anyone or might be charged an extra 100 Euro. Only after we left did the owners email us with a string of inaccurate claims and say they intended to charge my card without authorization.

These little studios were great value, full of lovely plants, and stocked with coffee, cakes, cereal, and a water filter. Wish I could've stayed longer!

A great spot for a night out along the canal. The hostess was really helpful. I'd recommend it.
