The loft was clean and cozy, with a kitchenette stocked with the utensils we needed, so we made breakfast and dinner there. The staff were friendly and easy to approach, and Carrefour is close by for groceries. It’s about a five-minute walk to the Metro, and there’s a tram that goes straight to Duomo. It would be great to have a paid washer and dryer in the building. I really liked this accommodation and highly recommend it.

We were five and all felt comfortable, slept well, and found the price reasonable. It’s in a more local neighborhood outside the center, with tram, bus, and Metro stops just a few steps away. Highly recommend.

There’s a lot of room for me and the kids, and they loved it. The AC worked perfectly. It could use a little renovation, especially the wall paint, and the bathroom needs fixing. Aside from that, it’s a really nice place 👌

The air conditioning was such a relief in August, and the shower was good. The sink is in the little anteroom before the shower, which worked well for a group. I’d bring a few basic things for cleaning the kitchen, like a cloth and washing-up liquid. There’s a dishwasher with detergent supplied, plus a tea towel. I can really recommend this hotel chain and would book again. My student-quarter accommodation was bright, airy, and laid out for a comfortable stay. There was a double bed in the main space, a sofa bed, and three single beds on a mezzanine that led to a small roof terrace. It would suit a family or a group of friends.

This place was horrible. It was still summer weather in the 80s, but the AC wasn’t on. They told us they don’t turn it on in Milan once summer is over. Some receptionists didn’t want to help, and they tried to charge us for towels we never got. The room was never cleaned. Then on our last day they turned the AC on so cold it was beyond freezing. I guess it was to teach us a lesson.
