The location worked well, with supermarkets nearby and public transport right by the entrance. I had a large room with lovely decor, plus a nice terrace outside. The windows are pretty thin, though, so you hear everything outdoors. There’s no breakfast option now. You can use the kitchen, with your own cupboard and fridge space, and take care of your own meals. There’s no air conditioning in the rooms, despite what the online description says. The owner is quick to help, and you can reach her on WhatsApp. Laundry is available once a week, but you can only hand over a limited amount of clothing, and it comes back five days later.

The tram is 200 meters away and goes straight to the Duomo, and the 24-hour supermarket parking lot next door is handy. It’s a good option if you’re going to the IEO. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are new, and everything was very clean. The staff are extremely helpful. You can use the kitchen to heat food in the microwave or make your own breakfast, with plenty of options nearby.

We slept well on the very comfortable bed. The room was clean and quiet, the location was good, and the service was good too. It’s a shame breakfast isn’t served anymore.

A woman at reception spoke to me in a completely unacceptable way and used really foul language. Awful, absolutely wouldn’t recommend.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the service was great. Everything was very clean and welcoming, and breakfast was delicious.
