The dust in the room made it hard for us to enjoy our Milan weekend. My girlfriend and I have been prone to dust allergies since COVID-19, and our symptoms started not long after we arrived. The bed was especially dusty, and we could actually see large bits of dust floating in the air, even at night with no sunlight. Sleeping was difficult. We took medicine and got through the stay, but for two days we had coughs, stuffy noses, sore throats, and itchy skin. Now that we're back in Sofia we're feeling better, but we didn't pay to spend our trip like that. The bed needs to be vacuumed several times a week, or at least once a week. It was shockingly dusty, and I wouldn't want anyone else to feel as we did.

We had a lovely weekend in a loft in the Isola area. My friend and I found everything just right, and the team were courteous, kind, professional, and precise. I'd happily recommend it.
