The apartment is managed by ItalianWay, which handled things efficiently and professionally. The studio was cozy and well furnished, with heating, air conditioning, a private bathroom with a fan and a French window, and no balcony. Inside there’s a bed, a table, and a kitchen. The furnishings and bathroom fixtures all look very new, as if recently redone. Getting the keys was a hassle: I had to collect them from the office, 15 minutes away, even though I was already 20 minutes from the apartment. The location is really ugly, and the place is on the fifth floor with no elevator. I also wasn’t comfortable with the double-bit lock, which no longer seems to provide enough security.
