Scarlatti Hotel Milano

We paid around 2,200 SEK per night with breakfast, so we expected more for the price. The stay was decent thanks to the location and breakfast, but it didn’t quite live up to what we paid. Hotel Scarlatti Milano felt modern and clean, and we enjoyed the breakfast selection. Being within walking distance of Milano Centrale was a big plus for getting around Milan and traveling. But the soundproofing was poor, and we could hear people talking in neighboring rooms. The bathroom supplies also fell short of four-star standards: there weren’t separate toiletries, and the small combined dispenser wasn’t enough, so we bought extra items nearby. At night, the area felt uncomfortable. Groups gathered outside, which made the walk back unpleasant.

I had a very comfortable two-night stay. The room was spotless and relaxing. The only thing I missed was a ramp at the entrance for luggage, and there was no bell service in the lobby to help take bags up to the room.

Matheu was especially kind and helped make our stay memorable. The whole team was polite, attentive, and always ready to lend a hand with a smile. Breakfast was a real highlight too, with plenty of choice, everything well arranged, and very good quality. We had an amazing time here, and everything felt impeccable. We’ll definitely return and recommend it.

Chiara at the front desk made such a difference during our visit. She was warm, helpful, and professional the whole time, and our room was ready ahead of schedule, so we could check in early and keep our travel plans running smoothly. We also loved the room, and it was dog friendly. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks again, Chiara!
