The apartment was just right for our stay, and it was a quick walk to the metro. Antonio was so helpful and accommodating. We had a great time here, thank you!

The outside isn't much to look at, but the room was adequate. The bathroom was private and had a key, though it wasn't en suite. There's a shared living, dining, and kitchen area, which is useful if you bring back food or want breakfast before heading out. Antonio responded quickly. Public transit is easy to reach, and I'd suggest getting a multi-day pass to travel to the central station or city centre.

Antonio greeted us when we arrived and checked in each day to make sure things were going well. We had a small issue with an odour, but he sorted it right away with a fragrance, which worked perfectly. He's responsive and always ready to help. The kitchen and living room are shared, and tea and coffee are provided. The location was excellent. Pasteur station is just a few minutes away, with a direct line to the Duomo, and Milano Centrale is under a 20-minute walk, even with big luggage. There's a Conad across the street and plenty of places to eat nearby. The area felt safe and convenient. The rooms looked just like the pictures. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it. Thanks, Antonio, for the wonderful hospitality!

Avoid staying here. The rooms were dirty, and there was noisy, major construction work happening on the building. The host lied to us about why we couldn't use the bath, and didn't tell us the building work would be continuing for a long time. The owner's response was ridiculous, as expected. I posted photos on the hotels.com website so you can see for yourself. I couldn't post a video of the dirty walls, unfortunately.
