Every detail, from the lovely atmosphere to the impeccable service, went beyond what I expected. The Bvlgari Hotel Milano team made me feel welcome with real warmth, professionalism, and care. My stay was comfortable and truly memorable, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. I was grateful for how thoughtfully everything was handled, with such elegance and attention from the moment I arrived. It was a real pleasure to be a guest.

The garden is one of our favorite spots to unwind after a day in Milan, and the hotel's atmosphere feels both sophisticated and comfortable. We've been three times now, most recently in May 2026, and are already excited for visit number four. Each stay reminds us why it's one of our favorite hotels in the world. The service is what keeps bringing us back. The staff make every visit feel personal, from the warm check-in to the concierge suggestions, and everything runs smoothly. The rooms and suites have beautiful design, luxurious finishes, and careful attention to detail. Bvlgari Hotel Milano feels peaceful and private despite being right in the heart of Milan. It exceeded our expectations again, a five-star experience in every way. My husband and I have loved every visit.

The breakfast was a real letdown, bland and below average. The juice didn't seem fresh, as if it had been sitting out for hours, the tea was cold, and the service was terrible. I chose this hotel for my birthday hoping for something special, but the whole stay fell well short of the standard it claims to offer. I left disappointed and wouldn't stay here again.

I tried to have lunch on the hotel's empty terrace, but was told it was closed. If they don't welcome outside diners, they should say that online instead of claiming they're full when the place is empty. Meanwhile, the hotel keeps sending automated emails asking me to come back. No thanks, Bulgari, a Marriott affiliate. Four Seasons, please. I recently ate at the hotel and found the food incredibly average, like Singapore Airlines book the cook. The place feels dated and needs renovating, though maybe they call that “timeless.” The furnishings looked as if they hadn't been updated in thirty years. What a disappointment.

What made the stay frustrating was how often basic details were missed. Housekeeping shut my suitcase with part of its strap caught inside, threw away a receipt I needed for a refund, and left the bed rumpled after turndown. At the spa, I paid €240 for a facial that felt generic: nobody asked about my skin type or goals, the therapist barely engaged with me and seemed uncomfortable speaking English, and most of the treatment was repetitive massage. The skincare products came in only for the final ten minutes and weren't explained. I've had facials at other Bulgari properties and luxury hotels, and the difference in care was clear. The hotel itself is beautiful. Its outdoor areas, the people around, and the understated Bulgari style create a comfortable, refined atmosphere. The restaurant has that same cool, cozy feel, but the food was disappointing. After not eating since my flight, I was looking forward to something distinctly Milanese. Instead, parts of the menu matched what I'd seen at the Paris Bulgari hotel I visited in December. I ordered vitello tonnato, then canceled the veal Milanese when I noticed the overlap. It made the experience feel repetitive when travel should feel distinctive. The cannelloni was chewy, with what seemed like meat paste inside and green and orange sauces that came across more like flavored oils. It looked decorative rather than appetizing. Service often felt distant. The footmen repeatedly didn't greet or acknowledge guests, and at lunch I saw waiters walk past our table looking away instead of paying attention to the room. Leaving after lunch, we found a Lamborghini being started right in front of us. The doorman could see we were trying to get out, but didn't say “excuse me” or guide us around it. With little space for pedestrians, it was awkward and frustrating. Even moving around the hotel could be a hassle: there isn't a ground-floor bathroom, despite the time guests spend around the lobby and restaurant, and the elevators often felt slow.
