Casual Eclettico Milano Hotel

The staff were so welcoming, kind, and helpful, and the place was clean, safe, and comfortable. We had useful things like a fridge, air conditioning, and parking, so I would still recommend it. We'd asked for separate beds in the booking comments but were given a double bed. Either nobody reads those requests or they're ignored, which makes the comment box feel pointless. I also wish they'd use proper duvet covers instead of just a blanket and top sheet. That didn't feel very hygienic or comfortable.

I was impressed by how the staff treated us at Milano Casual Hotel. They stored my luggage safely for 4 days without charging extra, which was a huge relief and such a thoughtful gesture. That kind of genuine care and professionalism really stood out. We stayed on 19th November, and the room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. I'd happily recommend Milano Casual Hotel to anyone visiting Milan, and I'll definitely stay here again.

After more than a month here, this hotel really started to feel like a second home. The breakfast was top notch, and I've never had scrambled eggs this good. The rooms are beautiful and everything was always clean. The staff are lovely, friendly, helpful, and always happy to chat. I'm going to miss you all and hope I can come back soon!

The room felt almost empty and didn't have basic amenities. It was extremely small and uncomfortable, and the bathroom sink wouldn't drain at all. Breakfast was very poor, with limited choices and low-quality food. It was a frustrating stay and definitely not worth the price. I don't recommend this hotel.
