The location was excellent for getting into town: the tram is a one-minute walk and goes straight to the center, while the metro is about ten minutes away on foot and connects to the center and Duomo of Milano. The staff provided very good service, changing towels daily, making the bed, and keeping the room clean. It seemed newly renovated, with new beds, wardrobes, and storage, so it was comfortable. There were some small scuffs on the walls and the work didn't seem completely finished, but that didn't affect my stay much.

We arrived at 2:45 a.m. without a reservation after our booked accommodation didn't respond, so the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was simple and fuss-free, just fine. The bed and room were clean and comfortable, and the towels, bedding, and sink were very clean too. The bathroom needs fresh grout and sealant because there were some black bits of mold.

The staff were by far the best part, extremely kind and very helpful. They made a real effort to make our stay pleasant. The room itself was just okay, nothing special, and the location was decent, around 20 minutes from the center. I wasn't expecting the additional commune tax in Milanau. I was also disappointed that one staff member charged me two dollars for a one-liter bottle of water, while a colleague charged one dollar for the same bottle the next day. Apart from those things, everything went well.

Our stay was very peaceful, and the place was tidy and clean. The person at reception was very nice.

There was drilling in the morning that woke me up. Aside from that, the service was amazing, the room was clean and hygienic, and the staff were lovely. The room was great and worth the price.
